I Have A New Sister!!!

My family has been in the adoption process for almost three years now. After much long waiting they finally got the referral this morning. She is from China and as best as we can tell her last name means River, and her first name means joy and bright. She is about 10 months old right now. My parents will know in a couple of week when they will be traveling exactly to go get her, but it should be within 6-8 weeks.
